Shipping and Returns
Standard Shipping
Hair NV offers FREE Standard Shipping within Australia for orders over $150. Standard Shipping for orders under $150 costs a flat fee of $14.
Standard Shipping takes between 2-6 business days with orders being fulfilled from salon stock.
Express shipping
We offer Express Shipping dispatched within 24hrs with an expected delivery time within 1-3 days of dispatch for a flat rate of $19 with Australia Post however we bear no responsibility for their delays.
We cannot send dangerous goods (Aerosols) via Express Post.
International Orders
Unfortunately, can not currently fulfil international orders.
My product has been delivered damaged.
We are sorry to hear your package has arrived damaged.
Firstly, please don’t throw the item or the packaging away. Keep the product in its current form (unopened if you haven’t already) and take a few photos of the packaging and damage.
Email the photos and your order number to us at Hair NV, and we’ll investigate what might’ve gone wrong.
Help! I’m missing an item from my order.
We are so sorry to hear that an item is missing from your order!
Please send us a photo of your received products within the packaging to us.
We will investigate what has happened and organise a replacement for you.
Why does my tracking say the item was delivered when I haven’t received it?
We politely ask that you double-check around your property.
Once you have checked all possible locations and have not found your parcel, please contact us at Hair NV.
Can my order be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes! Australia Post can ship your products to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker.
However, we cannot ship your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker if it contains dangerous goods.
What classifies as ‘Dangerous Goods?’
We stock some dangerous good products (such as aerosols).
Please note that we cannot ship dangerous goods to PO boxes or parcel lockers. If you enter a PO box or parcel locker for dangerous goods products, we will contact you for an alternative street address. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause!
Tracking
We spring into action as soon as you make an order! We process your order within two business days and dispatch it from our Perth salon via Australia Post.
We entrust Australia Post to deliver your purchase. However, Hair NV has no control over and makes no warranty concerning the performance of Australia Post or any other company that delivers goods.
Why doesn’t my tracking show any recent movement?
Our carriers will not provide a tracking update until your parcel is scanned or sorted at a new facility.

I haven’t received my order yet, is it still on its way?
Don’t worry! Even though your order hasn’t arrived with you yet, we’re working to get it to you as soon as possible.
Returns
We encourage customers to shop carefully because we do not offer refunds if they change their minds. However, we will offer a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:
- If the product is faulty.
- The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.
- The product is not fit for the purpose you made known to us before we supplied it to you.
Subject to the above circumstances brushes, hair accessories, hair extensions and colours are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
If an item is returned, your refund will be made to the original payment method.
